I drive cross-functional collaboration and thrive on turning ambiguous business problems into impactful user experiences.

Currently, at Henry Meds, I lead growth and engagement design across onboarding and the Patient Portal, advocating for usability and simplifying user complex flows. I partner with cross-functional teams to scale treatment lines and reduce inefficiencies. I've helped evolve our design system, supported multiple product teams, and identified opportunities to improve the patient experience.

In 2022, I jumped on board with Bowery Valuation's Expansion team as their Senior Product Designer, where we use data-driven metrics to scale our software capabilities with automation. I've led research to improve efficiency within our internal appraisal WebApp and inspection mobile app.

From 2019 to 2022, I teamed up with Peloton on the e-commerce vertical. I led design on the Personalization team, crafting tailored journeys for both new and returning users. I also spearheaded accessibility improvements on the website, collaborating closely with engineers to weave accessibility into our design system components.

Back in 2016, I kicked off my product design journey with the MLB mobile team. From crafting a mobile food ordering app for ballparks on iOS and Android to leading At Bat Android, I tackled onboarding flows, navigation, and enjoyed my fair share of baseball games. Go Yankees!

I started out as a visual designer, whipping up digital ads, emails and crafting landing pages alongside marketing teams. Along the way, I also delved into coding.

Who am I away from my desk? You'll catch me embracing my competitive side – whether it's conquering aerial challenges, hitting the pavement (or treadmills) as a runner, strategizing board games, whipping up some baking experiments, or honing my Tetris gaming skills. I'm always looking for new ways to challenge and improve myself.
